We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality of our products before making a purchase, and we're happy to provide these resources to help you make informed decisions. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the samples, they can be returned for free for a full refund.
Do you offer support for custom lighting projects?
Absolutely! Our team of lighting experts is here to assist with custom projects, providing design consultations and tailored solutions to fit your specific needs.
Many of our MOD Pro Members also request simple customizations on existing lighting designs, and we’re more than happy to accommodate these requests (e.g., larger size, hanging length extension, slanted ceiling compatibility, specific color temperature, dimmability, etc.). Please note that customized orders are final sale due to their bespoke nature.
How does the ordering process work for trade members?
Once approved, you'll receive an email from your dedicated account manager and login credentials to access our trade portal, where you can browse products, place orders, and manage your account. If you already know which products you wish to place an order on, your dedicated account manager can send an invoice via email to complete the purchase!
Are there minimum purchase requirements for trade discounts?
We do not impose strict minimum purchase requirements, but larger orders may qualify for additional discounts and payment terms. Our team can provide more details based on your specific needs and order size.

We recognize the importance of detailed product information for your projects and clients. If you need spec sheets in PDF format, please specify the fixture you're interested in and email us directly or contact your dedicated account manager. We’ll be happy to assist you with that!
