How is Haylen installed? Does it come with cover plates?
Haylen wall lights are wall-mounted with hard wire. Each unit includes a complimentary 4'' x 4'' cover plate, which may be optionally utilized during installation. You can view our installation guide here. These wall lights are versatile and can be installed and hard-wired on various wall or panel types.
Please note that the wires are located in the middle of the fixture with sufficient length to reach either end for convenient installation. If additional wire length is required, extending beyond half the length of the fixture, please fill in the contact form for customization options for your Haylen.
Are Haylen lights for outdoors or indoors? Can I install them horizontally?
The Haylen wall lights are primarily designed for outdoor applications, yet they are also installed indoors by many of our customers. Featuring an IP65 waterproof rating, these lights are protected from showers, rain, or snow, ensuring durability and long service life.
While many customers acquire multiple units of the Haylen wall light to vertically adorn their entryways, some opt for horizontal installation. There are no strict guidelines—feel free to unleash your creativity and arrange them however you desire!
Can I use a remote control to simultaneously manage multiple Haylen lights?
Yes, absolutely! You can use one remote to control all of your Haylen lights. To achieve this, simply refer to the remote control instruction manual where you will find detailed information on the pairing process.
Is Haylen dimmable? Can I replace the LED light if needed?
Absolutely! Our dimmable feature is conveniently managed through the included remote control. Change the brightness to create a cozy atmosphere or illuminate your patio. You can tailor your lighting ambience to match any mood or occasion by selecting from three color temperatures: warm white (3000K), neutral white (4500K), and cool white (6000K). With our latest Haylen upgrade (as of May 15, 2024), enjoy the added feature of a state-of-the-art memory function ensuring your preferred settings are effortlessly recalled every time you power up.
The LED light band for your Haylen wall light is replaceable. You can purchase replacement LEDs from us, and if you need assistance with the replacement process, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Can I customize Haylen LED wall lights?
Certainly! We are happy to offer customizations on the Haylen wall lights for both indoor and outdoor use. However, Open Box items cannot be customized. If you'd like to customize details such as the color, width, or wire length, please fill out the contact form to consult one of our customer care specialists. Note that customized orders are tailor-made and as a result, they are final sale.
Note: Haylen is also available for customization to include solar power, dusk-to-dawn sensors, plug-type, and dimmer switch compatible options. However, there may be a minimum order quantity requirement or additional costs. Please consult with us before placing your order if you require specific customizations!

We installed this on the lanai wth a roof so it’s well away from the elements. If it was out in the open I don’t think it would be good as the back is open and with the contour of the siding the back is virtually all open.
The fixture and the way it lights up the area is absolutely gorgeous and worth 6 stars not just 5. It would be safer if the back was closed.
