
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our 4 Step Return Process

1. Start Your Return
Open the chat widget and click "Start a Return". We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Ship Your Order to our Warehouse
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs
This includes any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable.

3. We Receive and Inspect your Order
We inspect and test the fixture to ensure everything works properly
If the item has been used and shows signs of wear and tear, then a store credit will be issued instead.

4. Your Refund/Gift Card is Issued
A full, partial refund or store credit will be issued.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 10% on returned items that are not in it's original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
To be eligible for a return
- Your light fixture must be in the same condition it was received.
- The light fixture must be unused.
- Your return should include all items that were in the original package.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment (or a refund in store credit if selected).
