Shipping Policy

We are proud to provide free standard shipping for our customers. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days*.

*During Holidays or Black Friday, please allow up to 7-10 business days. If you require faster processing, please select "priority processing" (1-3 business days) during checkout.

Approximate Shipping Time

You can expect your package to arrive in 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method, product(s), and your location. If your purchase contains multiple fixtures, we may ship it in multiple boxes.

Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

Standard Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

The shipping time will vary based on the item, availability, the volume of orders, as well as the country of destination. Please note that delays may occur during holiday or promotional periods.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are collected by your government and/or local authorities therefore, MOD LIGHTING is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, and international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country, where applicable.

Priority Processing

If you would like your order processed faster, please select the "priority processing" option during checkout, and your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Note: Customized orders and fixtures that are on pre-order status may require longer processing time. 

Order Change Request

If you need to make any changes to your order please fill out the contact form within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject 'CHANGE OF ORDER' and our team will get back to you shortly. 

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please fill out the contact form within 12 hours of making your purchase and select "Cancellation". Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, a cancellation fee will be applied to the order. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer cancel your order.

Delivery Delays

If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Please note that MOD LIGHTING will not be responsible for unclaimed parcels or lost parcel due to incorrect address provided. If you have changed your mind when the parcel has been sent from us, you must collect the parcel at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the parcel is not collected, it is automatically registered as non-collected and charged accordingly as we do not have automatic return to sender services with carriers. 

Delivery Issues

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received. MOD LIGHTING will not be responsible for lost parcel or stolen parcels once it is marked as "delivered" (unless shipping protection is added to the order prior to shipment).
