Is Hailstone dimmable?

Yes, our Hailstone Chandelier is compatible with dimmer switches, so you can dim it with your dimmer switch.

Can I adjust the hanging length for the Hailstone Chandelier?

Yes! The hanging length of the Hailstone Chandelier is adjustable. You can adjust the hanging length of each individual light according to your preference.
The maximum hanging length varies depending on the size you choose. You may refer to the dimensions tab for the hanging wire length for your selected size. If you need to extend the hanging length, please fill out the contact form once you have placed the order with order ID, so we can customize the length for you. 

Can I request customizations for the Hailstone Chandelier?

The Hailstone Chandelier is available in different sizes and light colors. However, if you require customizations, please fill out the contact form and we will try our best to accommodate your request!     Hailstone - Chandelier - Absolutely Delightful!

    Our sister in law has this product through out her home. It is absolutely beautiful! Hers is in gold.

    We on the other hand wanted chrome. So, I called Mod Lighting. Customer service, design & sales were quick to respond to our needs. We were surprised how quick and efficient they were to help us The employees really appeared to care. From sales to design to production and shipment and customer service, we were extrenely satisfied! You cannot ask for anything better. And, surprising the custom order arrived quickly.

    The package came damaged from shipment. The customer service persons were outstanding . They resolved matters in a very quick and efficient matter.

    We will recomend Mod Lighting to our frinds and clients. They are a great company to deal with

    amazing details on this chandelier, we are very happy with the outcome. You will need an electrician to do this work, which will cost you extra unless you are familiar with electrical work, so do budget that in as well.
