Yes, our Hailstone Chandelier is compatible with dimmer switches, so you can dim it with your dimmer switch.

Can I adjust the hanging length for the Hailstone Chandelier?

Yes! The hanging length of the Hailstone Chandelier is adjustable. You can adjust the hanging length of each individual light according to your preference.
The maximum hanging length varies depending on the size you choose. You may refer to the dimensions tab for the hanging wire length for your selected size.

Can I request customizations for the Hailstone Chandelier?

The Hailstone Chandelier is available in different sizes and light colors.     I love anything that shines and sparkles and these fit the bill! Beautiful high quality lights, even more gorgeous in person! I got the 7 stone for our master bath in our new build and they give off the most beautiful light! Love that they are adjustable so you can stagger or spiral them.     I can’t even explain how gorgeous this light is and how much I love it! It’s in the entryway of our new build and it is definitely the showstopper of the home! Love it so much we bought the smaller 7 stone for our master bath. Quality, HEAVY piece, even more gorgeous in person! If you are looking for a statement piece this is it! Will add more photos once it is properly hung, working on spacing out the crystals as we speak!

    Gorgeous upgrade!

    5- hailstones in gold set a high impact upgrade upon entering my home! Everything arrived on time in new condition. Instructions are a little off, so installation is a little challenging, but don't need an electrician. The down-wire for each crystal was fully adjustable from 1" to about 5 or 6'. Lumens less than expected, but perfect Entryway ambiance and no need for a dimmer! Crystals make artistic reflections on walls and ceiling.

    Hailstone - Chandelier - Absolutely Delightful!

    Our sister in law has this product through out her home. It is absolutely beautiful! Hers is in gold.

    We on the other hand wanted chrome. So, I called Mod Lighting. Customer service, design & sales were quick to respond to our needs. We were surprised how quick and efficient they were to help us The employees really appeared to care. From sales to design to production and shipment and customer service, we were extrenely satisfied! You cannot ask for anything better. And, surprising the custom order arrived quickly.

    The package came damaged from shipment. The customer service persons were outstanding . They resolved matters in a very quick and efficient matter.
