How is Kanderella installed?

Kanderella is hard-wired onto the ceiling with a ceiling base. You can find the installation guide on our help center here under the "Installation Guides" section. 

Is Kanderella a dimmable product?

Unfortunately, Kanderella is not dimmable. We have many other fixtures for you to choose from if you wish to have dimmable lighting options! Feel free to browse our full collection here.

Does Kanderella deliver sufficient lighting on the floor?

Yes, the product offers different wattages in reference to size. You can select the right combination depending on the area you want to cover.

Can I customize the hanging length of Kanderella?

Yes, our default hanging length is 24'' (60 CM). However, if you need to extend the hanging length, please fill out the contact form once you have placed the order with order ID, so we can customize the length for you. 

Please note that customizations are not possible for Open Box Items.

Can it be installed on an angled / slanted ceiling?

Unfortunately, you cannot install Kanderella on a slanted ceiling.
