We purchased a chandelier and pendant lights for our display home. We had to cancel a previous chandelier order from another supplier due to delivery delays of over 8 weeks.
When we placed a new order with MOD Lights, they not only delivered to site, but we also requested express shipping (at an additional cost). Although the delivery did not arrive within the express shipping timeframe, MOD Lights refunded the express shipping fee without us even asking, which we truly appreciated.
We also noticed a small chip on the marble chandelier, and MOD Lights arranged a replacement within just one day. The product quality is excellent, and their customer service is truly exceptional.
