How is Haylen installed? Does it come with cover plates?

Haylen wall lights are wall-mounted with hard wire. Each unit includes a complementary 4'' x 4'' cover plate, which may be optionally utilized during installation. You can view our installation guide here. These wall lights are versatile and can be installed on various wall or panel types.

Please note that the wires are located in the middle of the fixture with sufficient length to reach either end for convenient installation. If additional wire length is required, extending beyond half the length of the fixture, please fill in the contact form for customization options for your Haylen. Please note that Open Box items cannot be customized.

Are Haylen lights for outdoors or indoors? Can I installed them horizontally?

The Haylen wall lights are primarily designed for outdoor applications, yet they are also installed indoors by many of our customers. Featuring an IP65 waterproof rating, these lights are protected from showers, rain, or snow, ensuring durability and longevity. 

While many customers acquire multiple units of Haylen to vertically adorn their entryways, some opt for horizontal installation. There are no strict guidelines—feel free to unleash your creativity and arrange them however you desire!

Can I control multiple Haylen lights with one remote control?

Yes, absolutely! You can use one remote to control all of your Haylen lights. To achieve this, simply refer to the remote control instruction manual where you will find detailed information on the pairing process.

Is Haylen dimmable? Can I replace the LED light if needed?

If you're interested in dimmable features, you have the option to choose the dimmable version with remote control. This version lets you switch between three light colors: cool white (6000K), neutral (4500K), and warm white (3000K). You can also adjust the brightness from 0-100% using the remote control. If you prefer a single-color option, you can select either cool white (6000K) or warm white (3000K) option, but note that the single-color Haylen is non-dimmable.

The LED light band for your Haylen wall light is replaceable. You can purchase replacement LEDs from us, and if you need assistance with the replacement process, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Can I customize Haylen LED wall lights?

Certainly! We are happy to offer customizations on the Haylen wall lights but Open Box items cannot be customized. If you'd like to customize the color, width, wire location, or wire length, please fill out the contact form to consult one of our customer care specialists. Note that customized orders are tailor-made and as a result, they are final sale.

    Perfect for my brick wall

    cool lights

    These are clean and modern looking. like that the height is adjustable so we could put them where we wanted vertically. The only thing we don't like is that the remote is kind of tricky and doesn't work how we thought it would. We have three lights that are on the same outlet and we thought we could use each light's remote to control it independently, and that is not the case. Using any of the remotes changes all the of the lights that are on same power line.

    Haylen lights look great on my garage!

    These Haylen LED's look great on my garage. I added 6 inch wide composite on the back side to give a richer look along with black plastic decorative screw covers. They made a huge difference in the appearance on the side of my garage.

    Beautiful modern but hard to install

    We first chose the 24” for the front door and the 48” for the garage, but the 24” were too small so we decided to install the 48” on the front door

    The installation is a little bit difficult but mostly because it’s an existing outlet that I had to cover

    I wanted to exchange the 24” for the 59” for the garage, but returning an item from Canada to US can be a hassle because of the tariffs so think twice before you order to make sure you don’t need to return them
