How does Haylen (Solar) work?

Haylen Solar is hard-wired onto the wall with a wall base. You can find the installation guide on our help center here under the "Installation Guides" section. This fixture can be installed on any wall type.

Note that Haylen Solar version comes with solar panels. Haylen Solar version will turn on at night automatically and off during the day, but you can also control the ON/OFF with your wall switch.

How long does solar power last? How long is the cord to the solar panel?

Once fully charged, Haylen Solar will last for up to 3 days. If there is enough sun exposure for the day, it should take half a day or a day to charge in full.

The length of the cord is approx. 47''/120 cm but can be extended if needed. Please reach out to our support team via email if you need customizations.

Is Haylen waterproof? Can I use it in the winter?

Yes, Haylen is IP65 waterproof, which means the fixture will be protected from showers, rains, or snow! They are designed for outdoor use under warm or cold weather, as well as dry or humid weather conditions! Haylen's temperature range is from -45°C/ - 49°F to 65°C / 149°F, the cold/hot weather should not have any impact on the fixture!

Does Haylen (Solar) need direct sunlight?

Not necessarily, it will charge when it is exposed to sunlight even if it is not direct. However, full sun will charge the light much faster.

Can I customize the length of Haylen (Solar)?

We currently offer the following sizes for Haylen (Solar): 

31'' (80CM)

47'' (120CM)

59'' (150CM)

67'' (170CM) 

Each fixture comes with its own solar panel. You may receive separate packages for the fixture and the battery, as the battery goes through a separate shipping channel (ground).

This single long light bulb in front of any house is already more than remarkable and adding up elegance and beauty where harmony is the master key, here we go , the right word to describe the reality that you are enjoying.
