Is Chloe dimmable?

Yes, we had just recently upgraded our Chloe Ceiling Light to be compatible with dimmer switches allowing you to conveniently dim the fixture with your dimmer switch (updated version made on April 1, 2024). 

Which color temperature, warm white or cool white, should I choose?

Chloe is an ambient light that provides an illusion of a higher ceiling. When selecting the color temperature of the LED bulbs or light bands, there’s no right or wrong answer. Ultimately, it depends on the ambiance you’re trying to achieve. The warm white emits 3000K light, immediately inviting guests into your living room or dining room. The cool white bulb emits a 6000K light, providing a clean look and highlighting essential details like a curving staircase.

Which size should I choose?

Chloe is available in 4 different sizes, ranging from 2 Circles to 6 Circles. Ultimately, the size you choose largely depends on the dimensions of your space. Generally speaking, if you have a less spacious room or space, 2-3 Circles are recommended while if you have a more spacious area, 5-6 Circles are recommended. You may refer to the dimensions tab for more information on the overall length, width and height of each size to make an informed decision.

Can Chloe be installed on an angled / slanted ceiling?

When deciding between Warm White and Cool White for your lighting, it ultimately comes down to the desired aesthetic you wish to achieve. The Warm White option emits a cozy, yellow-toned light at 3000K, creating a warm ambiance. On the other hand, the Cool White option emits a crisp, white-toned light at 6000K, providing a cool and modern feel. Previously, Chloe has a dimmable option operated by remote control, however, we have recently upgraded the fixture to be compatible with dimmer switches allowing you to conveniently dim the fixture with your dimmer switch!

    Chloe 5 ring (Not the Emma)

    Let me start with the end result. I love the fixture. It is clean, modern and produces good light.

    I have a few suggestions/observations though.

    The instructions did not match the fixture. Both the sheet and the online video placed the smallest ring in the middle of the largest one. However the spacing of the derrick holes on the rings on the base plate made it obvious, that the smallest ring goes to the side. It is also the case that the smallest ring is the lowest (using the longest derricks), while the instructions shows the second smallest right with the longest derricks. It looks to me, that at a certain point the design was changed and the instructions were not updated.

    The metal plate, that is to be fixed to the electrical box is way too flimsy. The arms bend under the weight of the light, which makes it hard to properly tighten the screws while fitting in the slot on the base plate. I suggest doubling the thickness of the arms.

    The thread of the derricks was rusty. I suggest applying some lubrication on the threads after manufacture.

    Provide a 2 ft long picture hanging string, which is to be mounted on the base plate, and then used to secure the fixture to the ceiling plate. That way it is easier to connect the wires if you have to do the work without a helper. Holding the fixture up, while connecting the wires is not possible for one person. I also suggest a bit longer connection wires, so the picture can be held (or hung) lower while connecting the wires.

    Beautiful, functional and just right

    What's can I say, I like Chloe. Fits great in it contemporary design. It was pretty easy to assemble. My only complaint is the color is a little cooler than I thought. I wish it was 2700 (want warm white) not 3000 (daylight).
