How is Janet installed?

Janet is hard-wired with a ceiling base. You can find the installation guide on our help center here under the "Installation Guides" section.

Is Janet dimmable?

Yes, our Janet is compatible with dimmer switches, so you can dim it with your dimmer switch.

Is the length of the hanging wire adjustable?

Every suspension strap on the Janet chandelier is adjustable & customizable. However, if you require customizations, please fill out the contact form and we will try our best to accommodate your request!

How do I achieve the same look as shown in the photos?

Every suspension strap on the Janet chandelier is adjustable & customizable, allowing you to modify the hanging length of each individual ring on both sides to achieve your desired aesthetic. For an appearance identical to the one depicted in the photos, simply adjust the wire by shortening one side while maintaining the other side unchanged, resulting in the desired tilt angle of the ring.

Can it be installed on an angled / slanted ceiling?

Yes, you can install Janet on a slanted ceiling since the suspension straps on both sides of the ring are adjustable, allowing you to level accordingly!

    Another piece of art!

    We have several original artist pictures in our home. This room was originally conceived as dining room but we never used it that way. The dining room lamp totally blocked the view of the picture behind. Now the geometry of the picture is enhanced by the geometry of the light fixture. Very special.

    Simple yet elegant

    This chandelier is wonderful, especially for high ceiling rooms! The light came in so well packaged and the installation was a breeze, the only "challenge" we had was to adjust the individual straps for the desired look we are after but I think we got it at the end lol! We love the finished look,. It is also amazing that this light is compatible with a dimmer, and we sure will be installing one soon.
